Our Services

At Heart of the Ozarks we offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services.  Our therapy staff works closely with both the resident receiving therapy, and their family to provide individualized plans of care. Our therapy staff is committed to providing quality therapy in which our residents reach their maximum level of functioning, whether returning home or staying with us long-term. We also offer Restorative Nursing programs to maintain our resident’s current level of function.
